Every day we look after our guests with two things front of mind - hospitality, and leaving a good impression. But, in using vast amounts of energy and resources, we perhaps create a negative impact on our planet that is worth reassessing.
From small changes to far-reaching policy decisions, we know enough about how hospitality works to help you make an impact that you can both be proud of, and quickly see more economically sustainable returns from.
